Has one bedroom w/custom queen size bed, 65-inch OLEDTV, custom sofa w/pull out bed which can be converted to a full size bed. Enjoy cooking your meal in highly upgraded kitchen with installed oven. Has washer/dryer, refrigerator, custom dining set and water heater for shower.

The space

Interior was professionally designed to maximize space and ensure comfortable stay. This unit has lots of cabinets/closets to store your items. Has a high speed WIFI access and NETFLIX access on a 65-inch LG OLED flat screen TV. Unit has a veranda where you can relax from a long day of travel or work. Both living area and bedroom has it’s separate AC split type units. High quality memory foam used for custom made daybed and queen bed.

Guest access

Prior to checking in, all guests have to provide a copy of their IDs to the host. These will be forwarded to the condo unit front desk and admin.

Guest will have access to the gym and swimming pool. Note pool is not available every Monday for cleaning.

Other things to note

Parking is available in the condo basement parking and it is subject to daily rate. Please inform the host if you’re interested to use the parking space. The total fee must be paid separately upon check in.

Check in is at 3PM
Check out is 11PM

Note, this unit is SMART LOCK installed to accommodate late check-in or early check-out.

NO pets allowed in the unit.
